A good cycle ride out from Brog with a few of the other members. Went out round the lake at Stewartby then back around the outside of milbrook test track.
A couple of the others had little falls from getting stuck on the hills and not getting out of the spd clips quick enough! just normal pedals for me at the moment and I didn't stop on most of the hills
